A New York City law enforcement officer was injured Saturday when arresting vandals who had been smearing paint on a “Black Life Matter” street mural outside Trump Tower.

Two women have been arrested soon after law enforcement stated they dumped cans of black paint on the block-prolonged mural on Manhattan’s Fifth Avenue.

It marked the third such act of vandalism targeting the avenue art given that Mayor Invoice de Blasio served paint the mural in front of President Trump’s namesake tower on July 9.
